🕵️Spy Chat

To enable spy chat use the command /spychat [target] or /spychat for yourself

You'll need redischat.spycommand to execute the command and redischat.spycommand.other if you want to use the [target] parameter

You can set the spychat format inside messages.yml under spychat_format
